From the moment Jane met us at the townhouse and went through the steps to sell it you felt very confident. Jane exuded knowledge of the market, knew what the value of the property was and how best to sell it. She went through all the steps and once on the market kept us informed of how the open house days went. At the finish the price we received was what we were hopeful in getting and there is no doubt it was down to Jane’s ability to get the best out of the prospective purchasers.
