For those questions that she did not have an immediate answer for, she quickly contacted the owner to get the necessary responses. She also managed to convince the owner, after the purchase to provide all the original documents, which the owner has previously agreed to provide. To top it off, she presented us with a beautiful bouquet when she handed over the keys, as well as Bunnings gift card and voucher at a local restaurant. I would highly recommend Jane.
