Excellent and very easy and regular communication

I felt very comfortable having Jane as my agent as she was extremely well versed about properties and their sales in the area. Jane was very hard working, diligent, professional and communication was clear and frequent. She was always relied upon to do what she said she was going to. We had to deal with some delicate issues, including difficult tenants, and Jane negotiated this using logic and exhibiting good communication and interpersonal skills.
