We followed their advice on where we would get the “best bang for our buck” regarding presenting our property to the market and their advice was spot on. Jane’s determination to do everything possible included making appointments (with our consent) at 7:30 in the morning to facilitate buyers to view the property. Hookers have developed certain processes and Jane followed them to the letter which resulted in constant feedback about the potential buyers and where they stand. We always had confidence in her professionalism, determination, and work ethic. The upshot of all their hard work was that the sale has been successfully completed within the range of their original estimate of the sale price. We are now awaiting settlement.
