I have considered selling my house a few times over the last few years, and to that end I have had several agents come and look. As my house is down the bottom of a driveway, it presented challenges. The outlook down here is fantastic, but Jane was the only one who immediately saw what was needed and how to sell the vision and story of living here. Jane's knowledge of the market, strategies and style is unsurpassed. I have sold a few places in Sydney over the years, but i have never seen an agent get a property ready for market to the degree, speed and scale of what Jane was able to do. I think she has some kind of super human powers as a project manager, to juggle all that was done. The house transformation that occurred in just 3 weeks was simply phenomenal. Jane handled the many queries, buyers and a few last minute hurdles with professionalism, and always communicated progress and updates with me. In the end 19 contracts went out and the interest was so high that the auction was brought forward. An amazing result was achieved with the final price well over my reserve. I doubt this result would have be reached without Jane's vision, drive and project management skills. The team behind the scenes was just as impressive, with a list of 'can do' tradies, legal and administrative personnel. I highly recommend Jane, James, and all the team at Garwood's real estate.
