Very easy sale campaign that we fully trusted & knew we were in safe, professional hands

For the months leading up to finding this dreamy apartment, our experience with other agents had been disappointing and frustrating, from massively undervaluing properties to get buyers through the door to the constant harassing phone calls to completely disappearing! The moment we inspected the apartment, we knew this was the property we wanted and prepared for battle to get it within our budget, prior to auction. We met James Garwood during the inspection and he was very patient as we asked loads of first-time-buyer questions. We immediately contacted Jane and James following the inspection to express our interest and put in a tentative offer pending receipt of the strata and inspection reports. My wife and I bought our unit at 22/24 Cammeray Road Cammeray, 3 years ago. It was beautifully renovated and apart from our decorating touches, we enjoyed our time there until re-locating to the Southern Highlands.
