We were very pleased with the speed at which the property was sold - it only being on the market for 5 days before an offer was accepted. They also connected us with excellent conveyancers and stagers. However, we were disappointed with a couple of things over the process: - The commission we had verbally agreed to early on was not honoured by Realty One. - An offer by Realty One to virtually stage the empty rooms was not fulfilled.

We’re sorry there were aspects of the process that did not meet your expectations. In relation to the commission, this was charged as agreed and as per the Selling Agency Agreement you signed. Regarding the virtual staging, as the majority of the property was physically staged, there was no need for the virtual staging — though we acknowledge this could have been communicated more clearly.
