Jane was very knowledgeable in relation to the area and the market trends. Once we met the market, price wise, we were unindated with interest resulting in several offers, ultimately ending with the sale and settlement of our property.
I found that the sale of the house to begin with was longer than expected but this was due to not listening to the subtle recommendations for the price that I should have listed the house for but I didn't listen as I thought the property was worth more in my eyes. Bill was there for every open house and was a great influence all the way through. Towards the end of the sale the girls really stepped up and did everything they could to get the property sold. If I had to do it all over again I would have listened better as to the suggestions to price the property for and the sale would have been very quick. The commission was a little more expensive than some of the other agents but if you want quality professional agents I would have no hesitation to recommend Jane and Kirsty from Arrow Real Estate.
