I went to the open for inspection thinking that it would be an unattainable property for me. Jane came thru our property, discussed presentation, market trends for the area and advertising strategies to use. We discussed the costs involved and signed up on the Saturday. Jane gave 1 week for final presentation before photographing on Monday 20th July, listed on Thursday, 1st inspection on the Saturday with a 2nd inspection on the following Monday..
