She was up front with what she could do and not defensive or rude when I questioned why on a few things. She listened to what we needed and wanted and set up a reasonably flexible contract for services which made us feel confident that she’d work hard and not push us. In a crazy market where all sorts of strange things were happening she didn’t pretend she had a crystal ball or knew what might happen. But was sensible and gave us great advice. When offers came in she gave us details about buyers and probabilities from each but let us make our own choices. An almost certain offer we accepted fell through and she was genuinely sorry and disappointed fir us and it never felt like it was just about money. She kept in contact even when we knew she was away for the weekend with her family. We liked that she wasn’t just a pushy “real estate is everything” person who understood us as real people. Once an offer was accepted she kept us up to date and gave plenty of notice about next steps. Digital contracts and text conversations were so different and great to having to meet at all hours like our last real estate experience. We actually got a call from another agent whilst under offer promising ridiculous prices and sounding way too good to be true which on investigation actually was just talk and half truths. It made me very grateful we had chosen Jane. We didn’t have much contact with the rest of the Keith Brady Professionals Office but if they’re anything like Jane they’ve got some great people and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jane, and ask for her help again if buying or selling around Everton Park. Professional but real, and actually nice! I know, weird right.
