Jane had a particularly challenging task - COVID restrictions, an owner located overseas in a different time zone, a slightly quirky property and an existing tenant. She handled the task admirably with enthusiasm, was able to source genuine buyers, negotiate price within range and was always accessible. Jane was also very helpful with nitty-gritty aspects which would be easy for an owner to handle alone from Sydney, but can be challenging from another country. A pleasure to work with. I have known Jane Schumann for almost six years. Initially as an underbidder on a Woollahra property she was selling, then as a purchaser in Paddington in 2015.
