I first met Jane Smith in 2009 when my husband Frank and I were looking for a home in Ingleburn. Jane impressed me when I first met her because she was immaculately well groomed, well dressed and well mannered. She is very professional, respectful of both buyer and seller but retains a sense of humour that keeps you going when you are dealing with such a personal and expensive purchase. My husband and I looked for property every weekend over 3 months. Unfortunately, Jane did not have a suitable so we were not able to give her our business. However, in April of 2015, when my husband and I decided to divorce and sell our home, Jane was the first person whom I thought of. Both being Italian, Frank and I always got three estimates for anything that we did. I saw two other real estate agents in Ingleburn before I went to Jane and organized three appointments for discussions about selling our home. When Jane and Robyn Harrison came to our home and presented their information about the market and their approach to maximizing our sale, Frank and I were so impressed that after they left, Frank said, "You are right, they are fabulous. Let's go with them". I ran down the driveway and caught Jane and Robyn and told them we would like them to handle the sale of our property. After that, things started happening really fast. Jane organized all the tradesmen that we would need to get our property in tip top shape. She got several quotes and kept in constant communication with me as to who, what, and when things would be happening. All the tradesmen who came to work on our home were professional, considerate and did a great job. The photography of our home and the 1/2 hour open house resulted in our home being sold 3 days after open house for just what we needed. Plus, she gave me name of several areas in NSW which I would be able to afford with my profits from our home on Lagonda and I now live in Muswellbrook, NSW in a nice home with no mortgage. I highly recommend Jane Smith.

Jane was very experience in her field with her knowledge we could put our trust in her knowing that we didn't have to worry about nothing Jane was always there to answer our question and explain clearly what we couldn't understand I will certainly choose Jane if I have to go through this process again.
