Utterly Brilliant!

Having just sold our little houseboat (I get it, it's just the an apartment on the water, but in the lockdown days, it was our little houseboat) with Jane from Domo Real Estate, I can tell you one thing. Jane is THE dynamo if you are selling in Patterson Lakes and nearby. Got a price that was ideal for purchaser AND vendor and did it in less than a month. Almost all properties in the hood that were up for sale when ours went on the market are still available to buy. That tell you a lot, no?
