Recommend her services Fiona and Jane worked as a team to sell my investment unit. They were helpful with communications to the tenant and when he moved out they provided and supervised contract painters and flooring people to do the refurbishment in record time and for a very reasonable price. Their marketing suggestions were great and use of a virtual furniture to populate the photo's of an empty space was clever and economic. Fiona negotiated a good price with the buyer and they kept me informed all the way through the process. I've sold many places and this is my best experience with agents. I can't suggest any improvements so give them 5 stars. I would definitely use them again if I was selling in the area. Jane's special magic is that she both advises/listens then acts on the client's instructions. Rare and valued.
