SALE OF 38 CARMEN CRESCENT, CHERRYBROOK - JANE YONG

I was fortunate to have Jane Yong to team with Toby Radford in selling my house. Jane is warm, kind, and gentle, which made feel very comfortable. Both of them were passionate of their job. Jane helped with the styling of my house when the extra furniture, paintings, cushions and ornaments were delivered and when the photographer came to take photos. The last time I sold my house was in 1987, it was much easier. No need to style, as long as the house is well presented, ie tidy and clean, no stress at all even though at the time, I had a 9 months old baby. Jane has showed me how to style and make every room appealing to the public. I am not a person who has cushions displayed everywhere, so I did not have any idea, Jane showed me how to display them around. On open day Jane made sure that she goes around every room, just in case I missed something. On completion, the house was locked and lights switched off for me - very caring and considerate. Every Tuesday, both Jane and Toby met up with me in the afternoon to give me a feedback, even though I do get a note on Open Day of how many groups visited my house. I will miss both Jane's and Toby's warmth but I feel that I have made new friends.
