We received advice from 3 agents in regards to a sale price for our house. After inspection Janelle told us a price which was $85000 and $65000 respectfully more than the 2 previous 2 agents. Not only did Janelle manage to sell our house immediately, she also managed to get the full asking price, a whopping $85000 more than another agent told us to list it at and hope to get near that price.
