Friendly and attentive

We just bought our first house through Janelle. From the initial meeting at the open house she was just great to work with. Really friendly and open in her communications, and always answering my calls. When we were pushing to buy the house pre-auction she worked with us and that ultimately landed us the house :) couldn't be happier.
