I have dealt with Acton RE in the past and found them to be honest and straightforward to deal with. I was out of town during most of the sale process, so needed someone who could take care of the marketing and sale process, as well as all the extra things like organising tradesmen, coordinating with my tenants etc etc. Janelle did a great job of all of it. There are other more well known agents in the same area, but I find their general approach a little tired and aloof. I would highly recommend Janelle if you want a no nonsense, hard working agent that will look after your interests and communicate well with both you and your prospective buyers.
