Janelle on the other hand knows the real estate market like the back of her hand but more importantly understands the market and realistically gives great advice to get the best results. I had my house on the market for 3 weeks before it sold and we achieve the asking price and Janelle went beyond her duties by also assisting me with sorting trades people to fix some of the small issues that needed to be fixed before settlement.
