On the purchase of the property that had previously been rented I was really disappointed about the cleanliness of the property. There was obviously no bond clean done after the tenants left who had a dog in the house. I have removed so much dog hair from tracks in sliding doors and grout in the tiles, it was disgusting. The yard has many holes that the dog had dug and chewed up toys left there.
