Janet provided some great comparable property sales to our own, when appraising. Hayeswinckle did seem to be the leading agents for achieving outstanding prices for the vendor. Janet's knowledge of the current market place meant the first offer on our house was 15K over what another agency said the end sale price would be, and the end price was 10K on that again. Their promotion on advertisement at the time sealed the deal, and it was a no-brainer to sign up on the spot. Could not have been more satisfied with Janet's professional and courteous manner.
