Janet was extremely helpful, although obviously representing the Vendor she kept us fully informed throughout the negotiation process, our impression is that she dealt very fairly with all prospective purchasers. Subsequent to our success in purchasing Janet provided the required documentation in a very timely manner, essential for finalising the finance side of things. We looked at a lot of properties both physically and over internet in the Wyndham area, we did look at Lara also but thought it was a bit too far from Point Cook where our daughter lives. Homes we liked in Werribee were mostly sold by auction., which we didnt't like as the process was incredibly hard for newcomers, like paying for building inspections before auction, with no surety of owning the property. We missed out on a house in Tarneit by $1000, when we put an offer on a private sale house. Getting desperate we made an offer of the full asking price on 9 Richard Drive, agent Janet did not advise us if we were overpaying or not. We still wonder at this but at least we got a house in a very fast market.
