We met Janet when she was selling our Neighbour's property approximately 18 months ago, we were very impressed with her professionalism and genuine warmth. When we decided to sell, naturally Janet was our first stop. Janet recommended a few things we should do to improve our market price, nothing over the top just cheaper finishing touches that really made quite a difference to the appeal of the property. We put the townhouse on the market with Janet and the day before it was due to go on the market she asked if she could bring a couple through who she had on her data base and believed was a perfect match to our property. Janet was right, they went ahead and made an offer on our townhouse and she got us a price within the range we were requesting. I think the most amazing thing was that the sale did not finish there, Janet was in contact with us to see if there was anything she could do to help us. She knew we were downsizing and she even went on to assist us sell some of the furnishings that would not fit into our new apartment. I have dealt with many Agents over the years and Janet is the only one that still want to assist us despite having the signature on the sales contract. Janet is a warm and caring person who obviously has quite a large data base and extensive knowledge of the area. I cannot recommend Janet more highly, she has our utmost respect and we feel like we were losing an old friend when everything was complete.
