Having never bought a home before, Janet was a godsend. In addition to carefully helping me through the forms and paperwork, she explained to me possibilities and potentials I would never have considered - including doing deals with other potential buyers (I now rent out my carport to the local limo company in return for regular free limo rides!) I needed to move into the property early - Janet was instrumental in making this possible, despite getting no warning, and having to do so on a Saturday evening!
