We found Janet to be very professional with our recent sale , she was pleasent and knew our home so she could answer any prospective buyers questions.
Our first meeting with Janet was as expected. She was at the property at the allocated time, showing the property through to another couple. They had stayed for a longer than expected time. Shortly after our arrival, they left and Janet showed us through. She ws able to tell us about te tenant and how long he had resided there. Janet was able to tell us how many schools where in the area as well as other amenities. A couple of days later we decided to take another look and make an offer. On our second visit, which Janet was able to arrange quickly, she gave us more indepth information about sewerage and electical systems. After some negotiations with another party interested in the house, our offer was excepted. Since then Janet has been diligent with organising solisitors and the sellers to get to settlement as smoothly as possible. Janet's communications have been timely and respectful.
