Janet did a wonderful job with the sale of my mum's villa. It was on the market for less than a week and the decision was made to go to auction. Janet certainly did her homework and knows the market. She worked to get the buyers to attend on auction day, even though the weather was atrocious. It sold well above the reserve price.
