With a minimum of fuss and few open inspections, she managed to negotiate a good price for us on our property. When the vendors decided to not go ahead during the “cooling off period” she managed to get a further interested party to sign a contract within days, and the purchase was finalised within 2 weeks. More recently she sold us a block of land and showed great integrity, working on behalf of the vendor in a very ethical manner but also ensuring that the negotiation was as anxiety free for us as possible. We always felt comfortable with Janet, right from the start of the process. At no stage did we feel pressured into making marketing decision, but had open, frank discussions &, in the main, followed Janet's advice.
