She provided excellent service from the beginning, providing us with all we needed for an easy pleasant buying experience. She is very responsive in attending to all our questions and concerns no matter what they were. Always answered our queries in a timely manner and explained procedures in words we could understand, but never made us feel uncomfortable. Moreover, our queries post purchase have been dealt with in a caring way and made us feeling very satisfied. We have been very happy with the service she had provided. I would highly recommend Janet.
