I expressed interest in this property..Janet immediately offered a private viewing as turned out that very afternoon. Upon arrival at the property I met Janet for the 1st time..first reaction a friendly but focussed agent. The property was vacant and empty but Janet efficiently and thoroughly showed me all rhe features while giving me good feedback to the whys and whats. I soon felt at ease in the situation and the ptoperty ticked all my boxes. Having viewed it all I was ready to put in an offer then and there but I soon discovered Janets focus on professionalism .. she was listening to my comments and agreed to come back next day to my location to go through the process of the paperwork. Next day at the due time she fronted armed with a typed offer for me to sign and spend time thoughly explaining all the legal documents . Since then Janet has reslly shown why in my opinion she is a cut above the rest..all the steps to purchased have been discussed a full paperwork trail is in place. I am about to take poccession of my new home Janet has kept in touch answered new questions cleared explain the due steps and i have a complete folder of it all. We did three significant prices drops ($20k each) to attract more buyers to our property; therefore indicating that the original recommended price that we started with was too high for the current real estate market. Additionally, I would have liked a little more proactive analysis on properties in the surrounding areas to help inform the most appropriate price we should be offering. Once I did this; interest increased. Once we were able to get interest in the property, Janet did a fantastic job to work through obtaining and finalising an offer - and I am very confident she balanced our needs as the sellers with the buyers and the tight frame I had to sell my property.
