The consummate professional during the entire time whilst respecting my boundaries. Literally from our first conversation I had a feeling that Janet knew this business inside and out (so to speak). How do I judge that (given I'm not a RA!)? Performance and outcomes. She predicted (virtually to the day) how long it would take before contracts would appear. She suggest a price that met the market's expectations (self-evidently) and then she organised the conveyancing. Have only sold very few times in the past, but this was a extra level of client servicing I hadn't experienced. The entire process, from engaging her services until the sale was finalized, was simply smooth. If you want a very competent, very capable workaholic RE Agent in Mackay (or where ever she is stationed) then it would be hard to find someone as good as Janet.
