She is a total professional and goes above and beyond what you would normally expect from a real estate agent. When the property was on the market I decided to get the front area of the home and the gardens tidied up to present it well for inspections and I asked Janet to organise for a gardner to do the work but when she received the quotes she decided that it was too expensive and to save me money she took it upon herself and with the help of her son, went around to the property on a Sunday in her own time and on her only day off and pruned and tidied all the gardens and then disposed of the green waste. I dont know of anybody else that would have taken the trouble and effort to do that so hats off to Janet, she is one in a million.
