We first met Janet in person whilst we were over in Mackay from NZ. On our return to NZ we have kept in contact with Janet who helped us finally purchase our home, yes from NZ unseen. Janet's market knowledge has been great, Janet was the first agent to point out a number of things we should consider and this was over and above what any other agents had told us. We are very happy with our purchase and it is everything Janet explained and walked us through. We would happily recommend Janet to any purchaser, especially an overseas purchaser.

Janet went above and beyond for us. Within 48 hours of our property going on the market, we had over 40 offers and a signed contract.

Exceptional 5 star service from Janet. Kept us up to date every step of the way. We highly recommend Janet to sell your home.

Janet had a great strategy to sell my property which meant there were a large amount of offers within a couple of days of putting it on the market. This enabled us to get the best result achieving a better price than originally hoped for.

I engaged Janet in the sale of my property and couldn't be happier! Janet is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and most of all personable - she makes the time to provide great timely advice and regular progress updates, taking what can be an unknown and lengthy process, to one that is well understood to ensure a smooth process to completion. Janet went above and beyond her role to keep things moving forward at all times and is a testament to her dedication. Janet is a breath of fresh air and an absolute pleasure to work with, I would thoroughly recommend Janet in assisting with your next property purchase or sale. Thank you and best wishes to you Janet.

The best realestate I have ever had dealings with. Couldn’t have had better knowledge and her communication was by far the best. Always returned my call or message or email. Very busy lazy nothing was an effort was able to answer every question asked along with added information. Highly recommend this lady very professional. Has made the whole process very easy. Thank you Janet 😀

Janet's knowledge of her sales area ,advise and communication to us at all times was great.Unfortunately the sale crashed twice, but the outcome with the third buyer who gave us the " original full price" we asked for is thanks to Janet, and made up for the delays of this House sale........ A true and dedicated Agent...Thank you Janet! Janet was only a phone call away 24/7 her professionalism between the buyers and information back to us was much appreciated.

As new home buyers we have appreciated the help from Janet Williamson of Raine and Horne with patience in helping us in purchasing the property.Guiding us through different stages from start to finish with all questions answered honestly

Janet did a perfect job with sale - so helpful and co- operative - excellent job well done

Janet took the time to understand my property....its past and the present.....(she completed her research) she was easy to talk with, listened and was very proactive and enthusiastic during the selling process, and I am very happy with the entire process and eventual outcome.

I found Janet a very pleasant and positive person to work with in the sale of the property. She manages to make what can be a stressful situation feel easier to manage. Excellent communication skills and a happy, vibrant personality, easy to get along with and she listens to you when you have an opinion that may help to achieve the sale.

It has been a delight working with Janet on buying my property at Rural View. She has been superb with comms, very responsive and thorough with all the documentation required. The entire purchase experience has been great. Good luck to you Janet on helping more clients!
