I bought my property through Janet 18 months ago, she was great to deal with back then then so I gave her the listing when I went to sell. Janet Smashed it, did the research and was clear on what she thought she could get for the house (which was above my expectation). Put together an effective marketing campaign which led to multiple offers on the first open home and negotiated with buyers to get their absolute best offers. Once a contract was signed she stayed in contact with myself and the buyers throughout the contract period which led to a smooth settlement, even though there were delays and extensions due to covid-19. She was by far the best agent I've dealt with.
