Janet was very respectful of both us and the seller. She made sure, as we were the first to enquire about the property, that she didn't allow others to inspect until we had been through first and made a decision on purchasing. Disappointingly we found other real estate agents would play one potential buyer off against another resulting in us possibly and unknowingly offering an inflated offer - a very frustrating sales ploy. Janet went above and beyond to ensure the handover and pre-settlement inspection was completed as we were unable to attend due to distance.
