Janette was always available. If I needed to need to leave a message, a response was always had. She was easy to contact via phone, messages and emails. Her office was also very responsive if I needed contact when she wasn't available. Being a buyer, sometimes we feel a little in the shadow of the vendor, but this was never the case with Janette. I felt important and valued at all times.
