Hi Janey, i can't believe we have been in our new abode since the 21st of August, ( WOW two months, ) we love our new abode, the kitchen is a lot bigger, the set up is much better, and i have a lot more garden to look after, which is what i love to do, we have put security screens and doors on, and there is a patio soon to go up ( small one ) also getting rid of the two split system air cons in the garage, and having reverse cycle ducted through, this place is more like a house than a unit, and so close to the shops, a few minutes through the back gate of the complex and we are in our shopping center, the people here are very friendly it is great, (and no steps in this house YAY) so thank you for getting the price that we wanted for our other place, otherwise we could not do all the things to make life more comfortable in our new abode, if you are ever up this way please call in and see us, you might like to give us a valuation ( HA HA) Thank you again Muriel Jenner.
