Janice Cox was extremely professional and had excellent sales experience and local knowledge. Janice kept me up to date on how the sale was progressing and was quick to respond to my phone calls and text messages. Janice secured a contract which resulted in the sale of my property within one week of listing. I was very impressed with Janice Cox and would highly recommend her as an agent.
Janice’s real estate agent skills were tried over and above in selling our investment property. Her professionalism, tact and perseverance came to light in the journey of our sale. Janice’s ability to work for us was never questioned, and her caring and informative manner in helping our interstate buyers achieve their purchase, is to be highly recommended. If you need your home sold or want to purchase, don’t go past Janice!
My wife Helen and I purchased a house in Narangba after selling up elsewhere interstate. Due to the impediment of the purchasers bank, it was a toss up whether settlement of our old house would go ahead at the stipulated time. It had been postponed once already so affecting multiple families. Janice liaised with our conveyancing firm handling our old house and helped ensure that things progressed smoothly and kept us informed all the way through to settlement. Helen and I are extremely grateful for the assistance Janice gave us. Her professional attitude and approach was refreshing and informative after a lack lustre effort from the real estate firm that sold our former home.
Janice was helpful and professional thoughout the whole purchase process.
When finding a estate agent to sell my house, came down to asking a friend . He said just drive around and look at the estate signs in your area. Then you’ll know who to use..
Very lovely lady. Great to deal with and always available when i needed to talk to her
Janice showed us many houses, and was always happy to do so. Never pushy, but ready with information when asked. Always got back to us with any questions. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend Janice as an agent for anyone buying or selling.
Helpful and flexible with times. Such a great help and love our new home
Janice was very professional. We appreciated as buyers that she wasn't trying to "push" the sale on us. Rather she gave us all the information that we needed and gave us the room to make our own decisions.
Janice has been nothing but awesome! I engaged Janice to help me sell my property and buy a new one. Every obstacle that was dropped in our way, along this journey, (and trust me, there were several!) was never a problem for Janice. Her tenacity to achieve the best outcome for me, was very impressive. Janice has a very selfless nature, and really focuses on the needs and goals of her customer. I certainly couldn't have achieved my goal, without the support of Janice and the Victory team.
