As reluctant as we are to make this review sound just like an ad for Janice Dunn and her team the fact is Janice is the best agent we have ever sold through. To put that in perspective we have bought and sold millions of dollars worth of real estate over twenty five years and no one has come close to Janice's level of dedication and professionalism. A couple of key points should be mentioned here that we believe vendors will appreciate. Early on in our renovation process Janice came and looked through our home. While she gave advice as any agent should she also listened to our ideas as reasonably experienced renevators and together we came up with a master plan. Just as impressive was the fact that she did not produce a listing contract for us to sign at that point, Everything to that point was faith and trust on both sides.
