Leading up to when we decided to sell, Janice had always been happy to make time to provide advice and assist us in understanding the local market; and when we were ready to make a move, she was able to guide us through the process, and we found her and her team to be very positive, available, able to actively support and guide the staging of the house and the preparation of the marketing materials, and were great to deal with at all times.
