Janice Gribben

Janice has great market knowledge and was always very helpful. Explained the process well and nothing was a problem.

Working with Janice Gibbons during our Petrie home purchase was both reassuring and impressively professional. She brought a calm, genuine presence to every interaction, making us feel supported and informed from start to finish. Janice’s communication was exceptional, clear, timely, and always honest. She never rushed us, and she consistently took the time to explain each step in a way that made the process feel manageable rather than overwhelming. Her market knowledge and ability to anticipate issues gave us real confidence in our decisions. What stood out most was her balance of warmth and expertise. She cared about our experience, but she also delivered the kind of organised, proactive guidance that made the entire purchase smooth and stress‑free. I would happily recommend Janice to anyone looking for a real‑estate professional who combines genuine care with outstanding competence.

Loved dealing with Janice more like a friend than real estate agent Highly recommend her

We chose Janice Gribben to sell our property at Peninsula Gardens recently. The Retirement Village has some unique eccentricities which Janice is aware of and expert in dealing with. Some agents who sell in the Village have not shown the same ability. Janice took the time to understand what we wanted. She also clearly made us aware of what she could do for us. We all felt very comfortable with one another. She has a cheerful personality. She and her staff are very efficient. Her pricing advice was spot-on, and she kept us informed right through the process. Janice achieved a sale for us without drama. We were very happy with her work and can recommend her without any reservation.

Janice kept us informed so we were not worrying. We knew we had an Agent who would look after our Mother's home.

Good communication we had a few hiccups along the way and Janice made it happen smoothly as possible
