Janice was the agent who sold me 1 Cobb Court Newborough. Janice presented to be someone who has been in the property industry a long time and has a “no-nonsense” approach towards selling houses. She was quick to respond to communications and reliable in that way. I think as a seller, I’d trust her to sell my property due to her being straight down the line and having what has been advertised as a good record of sales, as well as being “Agent of the Year”. As the purchaser however, I felt my experience would have been better if she had more warmth or had a more welcoming/friendlier approach. As long as all particulars of the job are done I guess, and I get the house I want.
