we first met Janice when monitoring the market, after seeing her sales approach ( not pushy, relaxed allowed us time to wonder through) we got her into do an appraisal for our property, her knowledge of the area gave us a realistic figure on what to expect when we were ready to sell. When it came time to sell for us Janice was always available if we had any question and made the experience straight forward, she managed to negotiate and sell the property on our behalf in a week which we were more than happy with.
