In a terrible market the time and effort Janice Malady put into selling our home was excellent. With interest rates going up again and again she had the job ahead of her. With very little interest she managed to sell to the only real prospect. Sure, we had to drop our price 3 times and then compromise but we are in our new home and the deal has been done.
