L J Hooker Kensington/Unley were dreadful to deal with from a buyers perspective. We had a horrendous experience when interacting during an ‘Expressions of Interest’ campaign and felt manipulated and used, only to facilitate a ‘Dutch Auction’. Other people’s offers were fully disclosed to us in the hope we could raise the sale price. A totally unethical business and a complaint letter to the CEO and response from the company principal did not even address our concerns.
