Unfortunately we did not deal with Janine enough to get a good grasp of her service. In buying our recent property we primarily worked with Kate who did a reasonable job. Our experience of purchasing was extremely stressful due to issues outside of the agents control, however at times I felt the support could have been better. We understood that generally the agent works for the vendor, however through the early stages of our purchase this was made overly obvious by the way we were communicated with at times as well as many unanswered messages etc. Towards the end of our negotiations the agent we were actually selling our property with (in the same office) was more helpful and played more of a role in getting both deals over the line and ensuring we as well as the vendors were supported. At this stage I would have to say I was not 100% satisfied, however at the end of the day, we still managed to purchase the house we wanted so can't complain too much.
Janine is a professional real estate agent and was supportive at the inspections and during the negotiation selling process. Janine went out of her way to resource all of the information requested and was delivered in a timely manner.
