What a beautiful and professional lady Janine Geck was. I was very hesitant to put my very first house on the market which had sentimental value to myself. I was very wary of real estate agents after hearing so many disaster stories. I contacted Janine after being referred to by my neighbour who had just sold her property. From the moment i met Janine she was very friendly, warm and professional. Janine had a very polite and professional manner and was not pushy at all. She actually listened to what i was looking for in my sale and presented my sale like no other. I would highly recommend Janine if you are looking to sell your house. I ended up getting what i wanted for the sale of my house , nothing seemed to be a hassle i could call her anytime of the day and she was available, she never made me wait to return phone calls or emails. Janine is like a mother hen, tried very hard to accommodate all requests for viewings. She always tried to follow up with the people who had been to view our property and then gave us feedback. We found it very easy to communicate with her, one country person to another. After the keys were handed over she asked us to let her know that we had arrived safely at our destination.

Hi, our experience in dealing with Janine for the purchase of our property at 332 Coleyville Road Coleyville was exceptional to say the least. The urgency of this move for us from NSW was very important due to a number of things going on that time. We had pre booked holidays, hoping to host Christmas in our new home (successful event) and sorting out schools for our children. Janine negotiated access to the property prior to settlement due to us doing three runs from NSW as we were doing the move ourselves. The vendors actively assisted us in this move thanks to Janine communicating our plight. Janine's local knowledge of the area, bus routes etc. was also very helpful.
