I first met Janine Leroy at the end of last month when I asked for a valuation of my unit. At the time, I wasn’t sure if I would sell it or rent it. Janine was very helpful, giving advice for presentation. Before she left, she gave me brochures and her impressive list of recent sales, along with her business card and said she would wait to hear from me – true to her word, she didn’t contact me, she waited until I was ready.
