I had been in contact with Janine for I'm guessing over 12 months. I would ring or she would send me potential properties and I'd write them off in an afternoon. I turned up at an open house that I didn't think I would buy but Janine mentioned another house coming up. We went immediately to check out the property and within an hour we had viewed the property. When we viewed the property we told Janine we wanted to make an offer. The house was meant to go to market the following week but we really didn't want to wait. Janine was successful for securing the deal for us the buyer which was a great offer for the seller which and was market value.
