Buying a home is stressful, particularly in this market. Janine certainly has a great manner and approach and while I did not particularly like the 'off market' process I guess the current market supports such an approach to the vendors benefit. In the knowledge that one day, I too will be a vendor, I would suggest or recommend to both Janine and Ray White that a few touches would go a long way to securing my business in the future. Like arranging for the lawns to be mowed the day prior to settlement, maybe pest control etc. Relatively cheap stuff in the scheme of things but would leave a very nice impression. But as a standard sale process, and our interactions with Janine, it was certainly a pleasant experience.
