We first met Janine at another property we looked at that did not meet all our requirements. She suggested our purchase property as a viable option and assisted us greatly as we were interstate and relied heavily on her site inspections and advice. We bought this property without seeing it - we trusted a deceptive agent as we had meet her before and found her to be friendly "then". We paid well above the market value - coercion and manipulation. She was non negotiable. She made out to us that the sellers were difficult which seems to be a pattern of hers. We were told we were getting exactly what we see in the photos as it would be too much to itemize and put in an inventary list. Big Mistake. She tried to put of final inspection until day of settlement and even told us it's the owners progative and she works for the owners. As my husband said we are the buyers. We have never dealt with agent like this after many buying and selling due to work transfers. Many items were missing. She very bluntly told us we don't have a leg to stand on with no inventory and if I wanted to pull out which told us promptly we would loose our deposit. She also told us they were a difficult elderly couple which was not true, another lie. On the final inspection I clearly smelt cat urine which she denied (it was right through)- we changed all flooring and bedding more expenditure. After paying $384,000 we did not recieve all we had purchased. A building report was done - once again Janine was rude about getting the owners to fix things. I was very disappointed with the whole affair. We have never been treated with such manipulative and deceptive manor by an agent nor have we been so ripped of. She was fully aware in her words that the property was pillaged of anything worth of value. So I do not agree with others saying thst Janine dealt with the sale of difficult sellers - did she? Don't over pay and defiantly itemize - we trusted to quickly. No flowers and a pretend guilt says what happened to us. Check all things are working. If it happens to anyone else - Professional edemity - get what you pay for. It was her responsibility to provide what we purchased. Dot the I's and cross the T's with Janine
